Free Shipping Exclusions

Orders containing Glass, Treatments & Feeds, Patties and Live Bees do not ship for free, as well as items with exclusions stated in their descriptions. We can also add sale items or other items to this exclusion at any time.

Shipping Charges

Unless order qualifies for free shipping (see below), the customer will be charged for the cost of shipping their items. All shipping charges are subject to change in the event of ordered items not meeting the selected shippers conditions.

Once we have received your order, we shall email you with a shipping cost for your order. This includes ALL deliveries to non mainland UK, such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and offshore islands. 

There may be additional charges for some heavy and bulky items to mainland UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Mainland Europe (see below) and offshore islands. 

International Trading

As of 1st January 2021, import VAT and tariffs might be chargeable on your products when you import or export goods between the UK and EU member states. Delivered At Place (DAP). Also called delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This term indicates that the seller only takes responsibility for shipping the product, and requires the customer to pay any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. This option might keep you from having to manage the import process, but DAP creates unexpected costs for your customer and can result in delayed or returned shipments.

Free Shipping

Qualifying orders over £125.00 are eligible for free shipping to: MAINLAND UNITED KINGDOM ONLY and excludes the Highlands of Scotland, the islands around the UK such as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland. (exclusions apply*)

This does NOT include Feeds, Treatments, Patties, Live Bees or Glass.

Delivery Time

If your order is in stock we aim to dispatch the order within 2 working days, but please do understand that we have busy periods throughout the year when sale offers or promotions are active. If part or all of your order is out of stock the order will be dispatched once all items are available. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. (please note, this is subject to change)

Smaller orders are sent via Post Office and we use a Tracked 48 service. If you require next day delivery on an item where postage is listed as "UK Light" please contact us for further details.

Whilst we aim to complete delivery as soon as possible we can not guarantee Next Day delivery due to possible unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control. DPD & APC deliver from Monday to Friday, you can email us if you need Saturday delivery, but there will be a surcharge for this.

Our Couriers - SAFE PLACE

Once we send your item and you request a 'safe place' directly with the couriers when you receive notification from them, we can not accept any responsibility for missing items.
