International Customers - 2021 Update

UPDATED JULY 2021

Due to the change of shipping regulations since Brexit on January 1st 2021, we are experiencing extreme delays with international shipping. This is due to the paperwork needed by customs for importing/exporting goods overseas. 

UPDATE JULY 2021: For all Feed & Treatments, at present we are unable to ship to the EU with our couriers, due to restrictions in place. However, you can organise collection or your own transportation from us here. Before placing your order from outside the UK, please send us an email at sales@bee-equipment.co.uk This way we can let you know timings and any other information with regard to your potential order.

If you are shopping with us from beyond the UK, you may be reading this site translated into your local language thanks to a service from WebInterpret.

WebInterpret are our international trade partners, providing local currency conversion and translation for Bee Equipment, as well as delivery fulfilment. If you choose to order from us and select WebInterpret as your delivery method, you will receive an email from us to confirm your order, as well as notice of our dispatch. You will also receive an order tracking number from WebInterpret - this will be the tracking number you need to use to follow your order as it moves internationally.

Please note - international orders can take some time to deliver - in some cases and locations over a month.
