Our Swarm Lure emits a slow-release blend of pheromones that attracts the swarm and entices the scout bees to declare the Swarm Trap a suitable new home! Simply attach a closed Swarm Lure envelope to the lid on the inside of the Swarm Trap with a drawing pin or staple. Use one packet per trap. Store unused lures in a freezer or refrigerator. Each lure will last approximately one swarm season in the trap.
Place your trap with swarm lure approximately 9’-12’ feet (2.74m-3.66m) up in the air and about 200’-250’ feet (60.96m-76.20m) from the mother apiary.

Was really surprised !
Took envelope out of fridge and made my way to the trap in the yard. Not a bee in sight !
By the time I had opened the lid to put it inside I had a few bees suddenly around me. By the time I had shut it all up again there were around 40 bees on me and the trap !
Within an hour I had a swarm ! I think I was lucky and maybe was prepping it just as one was passing., but hey, it worked :-D
Swift and efficient service, thank you!
Put them in fridge when they were delivered; took one out yesterday; put one in swarm trap; hung it up; looked at it today; no swarm. I think it is too soon to expect a result yet. Manx swarm season is only starting.
