I’m using these on poly hives as a mouse guard and partly as a backup for swarm control (some of my hives are in gardens) they work well and the wire doesn’t knock any pollen off unlike the punches steel versions and it fits perfectly between the upright edges of the poly hive with no fixings so perfect for my needs and the bees don’t mind as it doesn’t obstruct the entrance too much
