The actual concept looks good but one of the sieves arrived in poor condition. I photographed the item and contacted the company immediately and had a reply regarding the photos which I phone the company about and the issue was resolved and passed back to customer service. However since then I have heard nothing further about how the faulty item will be replaced despite further emails and phone calls where I left a voicemail asking for a response. This is disappointing to say the least please can you contact me.
