I was sent the wrong size frames for the medium supers and medium foundation that came with this hive, rendering the supers completely useless. I have emailed multiple times about it, but so far have been ignored. Shame as the hive is reasonable quality for the price, but big error in the parts supplied and terrible customer service. Still waiting for any kind of response after 2 weeks of sending emails!
